Q: Can I place a Chicago Gourmet Pretzel order for shipping?
A: Yes, we do ship our German Bavarian Pretzels
Q: How does my pretzel order arrive?
A: Packaged with dry ice
Q: Will my Chicago Gourmet Pretzels arrive frozen?
A: Your pretzels may still be frozen depending on where your pretzels are being shipped to.
If your product does not arrive frozen, that is ok. We ship our products with a window of 1-3 business days. We package enough dry ice for the amount of days that will be needed to arrive at the shipping location. Again, your products may not be frozen when they arrive, however, we suggest immediatly re-freezing your gourmet Chicago Preztels unless you will be serving them the day of arrival.
Q: How long can my pretzel products be stored in the freezer once they arrive?
A: We suggest that you store your pretzel products no longer than 6 months to ensure quality and freshness. Should you store them longer, not a problem, you can keep them frozen for up to 1 year, as long as the freezer your storing them in stays below 0 degrees farenheit and your product stays properly sealed with the least amount of air in your plastic packaging. The more you freeze then thaw your pretzel products, you may lose the quailty and taste of your pretzel products.
Q: How long can I leave out my gourmet pretzels after they have thawed for my usage.
A: Because Chicago Gourmet Pretzels do not have preservatives in them, we suggest you consume our pretzels within 6-8 hours after thawing.
